Services Terms and Conditions

MAL Productions Crew will do our best to ensure high quality product outcome
However, we not liable to end product if any of these terms are breach Some of the matters we don’t have control around it.

On Field Operation Terms and Conditions

*MAL define/refer to MAL 2019 Productions Enterprise’s Staff/Company
*On Field define/refer to MAL 2019 Productions Enterprise’s Operation on Client Venue/Place

  1. Please avoid nonstandard Kelvin light colour (such as Purple) as your stage setup main light. Recommended Standard Kelvin Lights
  2. Put background music on optimum level as our operator need to communicate with you and guests to produce a good photo
  3. Guest not gathering on stage as Our Operations will be held mainly there
  4. Set spaces around the stage setup for our operator to have clear operations during events.
  5. Family members not blocking MAL Productions 2019 Operator lens purposely during the events.
  6. Family members do not touch any of our operator’s camera, lighting or microphones purposely as it will jeopardise the whole operations
  7. Plan time accordingly as our timetable is planned based on the orders that have been agreed upon.
  8. Avoid crowded event space as our operator will face difficulty in mobility and chasing priority key event moments
  9. Don’t rush the events as operator equipment need time and space to get the right angle and moments
  10. Listen to our operator guide as we have standard SOP that cover the whole events
  11. Look at the camera lens during operations to get the best end results
  12. Avoid hot temperature environment as it will create sweats and oily face
  13. Come to events venue early for personal photo for best results and time efficiency
  14. Recommended to brief event planning and tentative before the events as MAL need to planned ahead of time
  15. Recommended to inform operator before key event happen if event planning and tentative are not brief before event started
  16. Waiting time only for 60 Minutes. More than one hour will be charge Waiting Fees 30 Minutes / RM 30.00
  17. Transport distance only cover for 30 minutes journey (For Outdoor Occasions Only) *Not Initial travel to venue. Otherwise, extra transportations fees will be charging RM 50 / 30 Minutes Journey
  18. Our on-field operator is not designated editor for your project. Please consult your customer consultant for any inquiry
  19. Any Payment made are not Refundable and Final
  20. Delivery period time for album is affected by the client to submit photo arrangement for album.
  21. Maintain good facial expression during the whole operations as event will be continuous moving and cannot be stop or pause.
  22. Even though photo is capture are unlimited amount, the amount of unique photo capture and pose during the event are highly depends on the event flow and active rate. Our priority is to capture different and unique media. We will avoid repetitive pose for photo as much as possible.
  23. Control child movement and action during MAL’s operation.
  24. Venue/Event Decoration are not our responsibility.
  25. Guest and Client dress are not in our responsibility.
  26. For Car/Waiting Shot, please brief the main subject to arrive and walk within our Operator range or brief the flow before the main started.
  27. Begin the event upon the agreed time with MAL Productions Staff. Don’t started the event early as our operator need time to setup equipment for the event preparations.
  28. Plan extra buffer time for unexpected moments.
  29. MAL will record behind the scenes footage for our social media purpose.
  30. All final product from MAL Productions is protected by Malaysia’s PDPA Act.
  31. MAL’s Field operator will rest 5 Minutes for every hour of the operations.
  32. It’s not recommended wearing totally black or white colour attire during the events.
  33. Avoid wearing shiny reflection attire as it will reflect main flash lights.
  34. Avoid Fog Machine during Photography session.
  35. Event Setup is not MAL Production's Responsibility

Booking Fees and Payment Terms and Conditions

*Booking Fees as defined as fees for MAL Productions to be available on that date.

  1. Booking Fees is non refundable.
  2. All Payment are Final and non refundable.
  3. Any Date can be postponed or change. However Any changes to the event must inform 1 month earlier from the current booking date

Revisions

*Revisions as defined as adjustment after media done edited

  1. Any media revision can be only do once..
  2. Please do check all media properly and submit to our customer consultant for media corrections.

Editing Process/Post Productions Terms and Conditions

*This refer to editing process after on field operation have been done by MAL Operators
*Main editing process/ Editing Process define/refer as editing after the date of the agreed venue operations upon

  1. For Personal one on one personal Editing (Album, Video and Photo) session are not advisable and not recommended, we highly recommend to give feedback on electronic message such as WhatsApp or Email as it is more efficient.
  2. If personal meet (One on One Session) is needed, MAL will have extra charge of RM 300.00 / day for additional services Charges
  3. Revision is referred to revise after the main editing have been done
  4. Skin Whitening, Acne Removal, Scar Removal, Body Sliming, Face Correction, Oil and Sweat Removal are done in photoshop Services and not in main editing process as mention in MAL Editing Flow.
  5. All Editing Process delivery day are based on MAL Poster Price, any MAL Operator mention or promise are considered void and invalid thus does not represent MAL Delivery time.

MAL Productions Media Processing Terms and Conditions [UPDATED: 22 MARCH 2025]

*This refer to Media Processing after the project is done.
*Working Days are refer to Monday until Friday and not included Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

  1. Unedited Photo - Within 3 Working Days
  2. Final Edited Photo / Video - 30 Working Days [1 Month & 14 Days]
  3. RAW Video / Photo Upon Request (Additional Fees) - 1-10 Working Days [Not Include Delivery Period by postal]
  4. MAL will not held liable Any Media Conditions that require postal Services
  5. MAL Productions have Que system. Therefore we really appriciate your patient on Media Processing period
  6. We cannot rush your project editing period as there other client that que in the process
  7. If you require express delivery, Please refer to our customer consultant or choose it within our package.
  8. Media will only delivery after FULL PAYMENT have been Made
  9. Express Delivery Package [10 Working Days]

Cloud Storage Terms and Conditions

*This refer to Media Cloud Storage after Main Editing and Final Media Delivery have been done by MAL Operators
*Cloud Storage that store media upon agreed project and venue done.

  1. Media will only store maximum for 2 Months only.
  2. Client is recommended to download the media within the period.

Album Printing Terms and Conditions

  1. After Album Design is agreed with client, MAL Productions 2019 will not responsible on the final product outcomes.
  2. If client want to design their own album layout, it can be arrange. However the completions is highly depend on the client's progress and cooperation's with mal productions 2019

Photoshop Terms and Conditions

  1. For Append Absent Family Member’s, recommended to give a high-quality photo to get a good quality result
  2. Make sure the append photo is well lit.

Social Media Management Package

*Revisions as defined as MAL Productions 2019 package for social media management

  1. Base price of the package only cover for management, not media preparations. Any media preparations must be handle be client side.
  2. Only add on price cover for media preparations.

Unedited Media Delivery

*Only applied in Pro Package

  1. This version of media is not final work. This version of media given to client for social media posting.
  2. Thus this media is not sorted and edited. This media is directly from camera original sensor.
  3. This is not final version of the product.
